- Hangout Pod: Machine washable. Cold wash only on gentle cycle inside a wash bag. Tie ropes together in 1 large knot. Always dry reassembled to prevent deformation.
- Hangout Stand: Wipe over with a slightly damp, soft cloth. Never use abrasive cleaning products, brushes or sponges as it will damage the powder coating. Ensure all elements are 100% dry before packing away.

We will gladly accept unopened, unused, or defective merchandise purchased on freepeople.com for return.
Our return policy covers that any returns must be authorized first before any credit will be given and requests should be made within thirty (30) days of receiving the product.
We do not accept returns after (30) days from delivery.
All returns are subject to a restocking charge equal to $38 (bed/cover), $64 (stand/sets) unless the goods are proved to be non-conformed, faulty, or defective.
