The fit is terrible and there is absolutely no support. I thought I was going to fall over in these shoes. They are way too high not to have any support. I think they are actually dangerous to wear, in my opinion. I really love the look of these and I couldn't wait to get them and to wear them all summer. They are just not for me and I am very disappointed. They are true to size, but because there is no support, you can't wear them comfortably.

I ADORED this shoe when I saw it online, and wanted it in EVERY color. I love the vintage stitching and distressed look, I love the ankle, lace-up look, I love that the heel is 4" and the platform 2"' which means they'd be comfortable and I could wear them to work. Alas, things didn't quite work out. I've ordered this shoe in 3 sizes over the past month and none works :(. First, I have a relatively narrow foot and, the criss-cross behind my toes was too wide. This accentuated another issue: the part that crosses over behind your instep going above your ankle and laces up your leg, while adorable, DOES NOT hold your heel down securely onto the heel of the shoe. So when you walk, your heel moves around and makes everything very unstable. I think, if this shoe were redesigned with a style, like the Dover clog, say, as the heel portion and keep the criss-cross over the toes, so the heel is held firmly down, you could sell the socks off this shoe. The look is "to die for". It just needs some "tweeking" in my opinion. I'll be keeping an eye out for other reviews to see if I'm nuts, ;).
