Most frustrating jeans ever
- They are incredibly disproportionate. The waist is huge and the legs are tiny. I carry all my weight on my stomach and have (proportionate to the rest of me) thin legs. the L fit perfectly in the legs. with that said? they're super comfortable. t's an elastic waist but didn't make me feel granny-ish, just comfortable as well as stylish because they are so pretty. there's exactly the right amount of give in the legs. REALLY pretty. the length was perfect on 5"3 me. (so they might be short for you taller girls but I'm not sure as they are meant to be cropped. They were still cropped on me, though, maybe just a couple of cm longer than on the model?) however, the waist is so crazy huge that they're pretty much unwearable without a belt and if you need a belt, what's the point of the elastic waist? also the crotch is insanely long. If you zoom in (if you want to...) the crotch looks long on the model, but it is honestly MUCH longer than that in real life. if I wore this low-rise, the crotch would probably be hanging to my knees within 10 minutes, no joke. Honestly, lovely but frustrating jeans. Right now, they're going back because there's no way I'm paying £67 for them (I got them on 25% off sale). I miiiiight try the M if FP runs that sale again or rapidly the price. they are definitely not worth £90. that'd be my advice to you, too.
I loved these online when I saw them and had to have them. They were on back order forever but I finally got them. I was up in the air whether to order the medium or the large, but settled on the medium, mostly due to it being available before the large was. Well..there are SO many things to say about these jeans! First, the rise is really long, and if you wear them like the model...they look ridiculous. I look like a sausage in them. The waist actually fits really big...but the legs are super skinny and tight (and I have skinny legs). Because the legs are so tight, the legs actually drag the waist down constantly, due to their tightness, making you have to keep hiking them up. I cannot stand that! I kept them for a week trying them on, trying to decide whether to keep them or not, and I found that the only thing that I like about them is that they are actually really TRUE capri length (I am 5'3). I cannot keep them just for that reason alone. They cost too much for that! They look great as long as you wear longer tunic length tops and hide the top of the jeans completely right down to the lower thigh, which is maybe what they are made for? Like a expensive legging perhaps?? I simply do not like the way that the top (waist) looks or fits. Like I said, the waist keeps getting dragged down by the tightness of the legs, creating a very saggy behind and a stupid looking long front crotch. What a pity...back they go at $20 to return them...I can't even really say if they fit big or small...big in the waist...small in leg tightness.
Cool Jeans but odd fit
I just ordered these jeans and chose the size according to the previous review---that said, I was between a S and a M and opted for the M. I love the style and distressing of these cool One Teaspoon jeans--I've bought many items from this brand and typically they run large. This pair of jeans seems large in the waist and really small in the legs! I'll keep my m but these are not your typical fit so order accordingly! Cool styling for this pricey pair of jeans--enjoy!
I wasn't convinced when I first looked at these, the butt looked saggy but the cut and style looked cool. I got them in a large, I am 5'10 and 155 lbs, and they fit a little tight but have stretched with a few wears. They are very nice quality and look amazing paired with a tee and flannel. Love the detailing on them!
