Style: 33957630 Color Code:
Jacquard utility camo jacket with paint spatter detailing, rugged without the work! Drawstring waistband. Hidden button closures. Lined.
Good transitional jacket
This coat is quite big on be since I'm very petite (5'1) but its very unique as there are these little paint splatters all over it But although this jacket is quite heavy, I wouldn't say it would keep you warm but as it is roomy it would allow lots of layers inside i.e. jumpers, hoodies and cardigans
Love the idea!
I just received this jacket in the mail and was hoping to use it as a spring jacket, but sad to say it was wayy to big! I love the detail of the imprints, the paint splashes, and the color (I ordered the "fatigue" color), but I looked like David Byrne in his "big suit." I usually like to go for the oversized look, but the width of the shoulders and body of the jacket looked bad on me. I am 5'8" and 120lbs and I ordered the small, maybe if it came in an xxs!
My local FP store had a bunch of these on sale so I decided to try on both the navy and fatigue colors. I went with the navy. It does run a bit large in my opinion and, after trying on a S, decided the XS was a better fit for me (I usually wear 8-10 in FP jackets). I like the sleeves best unbuttoned and rolled up for this particular style. It is a good spring/fall jacket. The paint splatters and distressing are subtle, which gives the jacket that perfect "worn in" look. I liked this so much that I got one in fatigue for my friend for her birthday also. She absolutely loves it! And at the sale price, it was a great buy! I would highly recommend.
I looked and looked at this coat, wondering whether to buy it and finally got the blue in M. I love it! I was worried it might be too small as it looked small to me in the photos but it was perfect with enough room to wear a sweater under it. (140 med build.) The fabric is thick and substantial which I like, heavier than it looks in the photos. I think its a pretty cool jacket and am happy I got it.
Miss for me
I didn't really like it as much as the other reviewers. It's heavy and a bit bulky. I don't like the flaps over the zippers. I think because I'm short and short-waisted, the jacket just overwhelmed me. I loved the navy color. And, the paint splatters are tasteful and not overdone. I did return it.
this coat just arrived and I was unsure as it is difficult to see in the photos. I got the navy and am really happy that I did. It is slightly roomy due to the style. This is a benefit as I can fit a jumper under it if I need to. The arms are comfy the length is perfect and I really love the subtle look of the paint splatters. Great jacket to pull out of the cupboard when you are going out to a casual winter event. Looks cool with jeans and boots. The navy fabric has a great texture to it, a flocked embossed fabric. Overall I love it!!!
more heavy weight than I originally thought it'd be(early-winter material) and jaquard print is more vague than i imagined, which is i prefer. I purchased blue one and I'm happy with the purchase. you can layer it with shirt and sweater as pictured, or since it doesn't have hoodie, you can layer it with tees and zip up hoodie.
