Prospect Jam Co. is a small-batch preserve company based in Ohio. Focusing on seasonal and intentionally unique flavors, PJco handcrafts each jam and marmalade through a time-tested, traditional French method that uses copper pots. This process yields just 15-25 jars at a time to create a rich, fruit-forward, and spreadable preserve that bursts with flavor. Each preserve is 100% plant-based, made without added preservatives, set with natural pectin derived from the fruit itself, and contains less sugar than common commercial spreads.
