This trio includes Black Currant Preserves with Bergamot & Dark Chocolate, Blood Orange Marmalade with Rye Whiskey & Vanilla Bean, and a Strawberry Jam with Pink Peppercorn.

PJco preserves are handcrafted and produced in copper pots 15-25 jars at a time crafted in the traditional French method. This process lends a rich, fruit-forward spreadable preserve bursting with flavor. Each preserve is 100% plant-based, set with natural pectin derived from the fruit itself, containing less sugar than common commercial spreads, and made without added preservatives.
