We want you to love your ceramics! We will accept returns on items within 5 days of receipt, given that that they are returned in their original condition.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging and the in the same condition that you received it. You can provide your own shipping label or ship back with the provided pre-paid return label with the cost ($9.99, US-only) deducted from your refund.
Care has been taken to ensure that your pieces are packaged properly and arrive to you intact, however accidents happen. If you should receive your package damaged, please contact us with a photo of the item within 3 days of receipt. Please retain the packaging and broken product until notified. We will handle a claim with the shipping carrier and arrange for a replacement free of charge as soon as possible.
