Seamless "V"-necked long-sleeved cami with mesh sleeves and mesh triangular cutouts on the waist. Stretchy fit all over.
Beautiful shirt - I ordered the Merlot in XS/S. I am usually a x small in all of FP's tops, but this was ridiculously small! Exchanged for larger size as it is a gorgeous color and will undoubtedly look better once I get a bigger size.
seamless cut out top; black; size m/l
This is a great FP staple. I love their form-fitting stretchy tops that come in the xs/s and m/l sizes, because I know what to expect. I usually wear a small in most tops, but for these kinds, I always get a m/l because I know it will be super form-fitting. Given the right size, these tops are very flattering and sexy. The sheer cut outs and arms, along with the deep neckline, make this top ultra sexy overall. Also well made, durable material.
The elastic starts to break after a few wears...
I was in love with this top when I first got it, I'm usually a size S, but since it looks so tight I got the M/L. It puckers a lot around the waist for me and doesn't have the right effect with the cutouts, so I kind of wish I had sized down, but I have thicker arms and would be worried about it not fitting there in the smaller size. I still wear it to death and it looks amazing tucked into a long skirt. My biggest complaint on this one is that after a few wears the elastic starts to poke out and break around the cut outs in the middle. It's not super noticeable but it kinda bugs me.
Best top ever.
I'm a small person (5'1 and 125 lbs) and I read some reviews so I ordered the M/L. It fits perfectly and the top is overall a gorgeous find. The cut-outs are flirty, the sheer sleeves are sensual, but I also feel like I can throw this on just on any saturday. It's a wonderful top.
I love this top it looks so great on and the material it perfect for the style. My only objection that I have with this top is the sewing on the mesh cut outs is no good. It looks sloppy but since I got it in black its harder to see.
This top is very eye-catching. What I love about it, is that it can be really edgy or really simple, just depending on what you style it with. I am extremely tempted to buy it in a couple of different colors, but I started with the very berry. I get several compliments on this top every time I wear it. The fabric is so soft, and I love the diversity in the materials used. My ONLY complaint is that the arms are a bit slim, and I have extremely skinny arms to begin with. Sometimes when I put it on, I'm afraid that I'm going to destroy the mesh material, but there have been no problems yet. Knock on wood.
Try it backwards!
Love this top. I prefer it backwards because then it's more day-time appropriate and the v-neck is just high enough that you can wear a normal bra. My previous experience with mesh sleeves of this material is that it stretches out over time, so no worries if the sleeves look a little tight on the model - the material is very stretchy. I styling the mesh sleeves layered under my lace and voile trapeze slip.
love this top!
This top is stunning. I bought it in cranberry and the color is beautiful. I normally wear an xs in FP tops (because most FP tops are loose and flowy) and sometimes I'll get a small if I'm looking for a longer length. In the case of the "seamless" tops, I ALWAYS buy a M/L. The fabric is incredibly tight and clingy, which is why I opt for a larger size when it comes to these styles. For reference, I'm 5'6, about 120lbs, and 34C.
understated sexy for cooler weather
I have been eyeing this for a minute and finally bit the bullet to buy the cranberry in M/L. This fits true to size and stretches nicely so it is appropriate for the medium and large framed woman without the squeezing effect. The cranberry unfortunately is more "rust" colored than red, but this worked out for me because I paired it up with my "rustic red" FreePeople bodycon mini skirt for an awesome outfit! The sheer panels are not as sheer as they appear to be in the picture, or perhaps I need a leaner, longer torso! I suspect, even by the customer pics, that the contrast between the black and sheer components are more dramatic in general, which leads me to want the black top too! Overall a very sexy, winter appropriate top. What I like about FreePeople's fall and winter tops are that they allow the consumer to have a sexy cold weather look- low cut, body con, cut out effects, sheer mesh…in warmer materials. I couldn't even feel the wind blow through the nylon knit! Very nice. A new fave.
