This was entirely handmade and a limited edition of only 45 pieces. Selina Blow is a renowned British tailor known for handmade custom tailored garments. Her pieces have been featured in both the Met and V&A museums. This is a numbered piece of 30 out of 45 in existence. It is extremely rare and high quality.
