We will gladly accept unopened, unused, or defective merchandise purchased on freepeople.com for return.
Our return policy covers that any returns must be authorized first before any credit will be given and requests should be made within thirty (30) days of receiving the product.
We do not accept returns after (30) days from delivery.
All returns are subject to a restocking charge equal to $38 (bed/cover), $64 (stand/sets) unless the goods are proved to be non-conformed, faulty, or defective.
