Style: 30780696 Color Code:
Slightly sheer and lightly crinkled, solid harem pant with elastic waist. Tapered legs with zipper detailing at hem. Front has a twist of fabric around the waist. Four pocket style.
Favorite pants of all time.
These are one of my absolute favorite pairs of pants I own. I wear them all the time. The fabric is super soft, and they fit me perfectly. I'm 5'2, and the length of a size S hits me a couple of inches above the ankle. They're just the right amount of baggy without being too haremy. 10 out of 10 would recommend!
I got one in Medium and one in XS. The Dark Turquoise is so nice!!! The color is better in real life, much richer and vibrant, more of a indigo! Yes they are sheer so I wear a pair of biker shorts underneath. FYI I am 140 and the m fits just as we'll as the XS they real difference is in the part with the zipper by my calves. The XS digs in on the sides when I cross my legs so I unzip them half way. Also the XS makes my deriere look a bit curvier than it really is, which is nice! The bit of fabric that is crossed in the front is a nice disguise for a bloated tummy! Also they are high waisted but can be shimmied up or down for your body type. Overall I love!
I really loved these pants when I bought them, but after one wear, the seam in the calves and between the legs came apart completely, and the fabric burst. I only wore them for like 1 hour.. So disappointed.
I loved the style and fabric of these harem pants, but after one wear, the seam in the butt came apart completely. Also, the stitching on the pockets popped open and now there's strings dangling everywhere. I only wore them to the Farmer's Market, a low-impact event. So disappointed.
Hi mtngirl00, We're sorry to hear about your pants! Someone from our team will be in touch shortly. -Free People
I finally found a pair of harem pants that don't make me look like a chubby peasant and of course they are completely see through!! I even tried wearing skin colored underwear and no chance... Whatever you do DO NOT wear these in public or you will be the center of attention for the worst reason. I get that Free People likes sheer alternative clothing but this is taking it too far...
so sad.....shrunk after washing
I loved these pants they fit great but then I washed them (in cold water) and they shrunk super awkwardly around the calves. I can no longer wear these and am super disappointed that I can't return them since I no longer have the receipt and I obviously took the tags off.

Not right for every body shape
I normally wear an XS in FP but I am athletic and have larger calves so I opted for the S to ensure the skinny leg would fit. The pants fit fine in the waist but they were tight enough at the bottom of the leg, even unzipped, that if I bent over the pants would rise up my leg and then get stuck on my calves. Technically the XS would have been a better fit for me through the hips/thighs but they definitely wouldn’t have fit my lower legs. I have a pair of Harem Pants that I bought on a recent trip to Cambodia and I recognize that this style is baggier in the hips/thighs but because these pants are baggy at the top and fitted through the legs it didn’t work on my body type. The black pants were also completely see-through, which is something else to consider before purchasing. If you are tall and slender I think these could look good on you but they didn’t work on my athletic frame.
Beautiful fit... but then I washed them.
I am 5'2" & 105-110 lbs pear shaped. The fit was beautiful... flattering on the leg line, roomy, looked good with a crop top or bralet and flats... easy to wear. AND then I washed these... they're now super clingy on the body, and short. I can't wear them and will be giving them away to in my next closet purge. That being said... these at one point were my favorite pair of pants. I wouldn't stop anyone from purchasing these but I would caution them to pay very close attention to the care detail.
