The Vintage 1970s Handmade Cotton Dress is a sheer white cotton tea-length with a soft, flowing silhouette and no closures, designed to be pulled on overhead. The neckline features a wide scalloped edge, echoed in smaller scalloped finishes at the sleeve ends, while layered ruffles at the sleeves and along the inverted V waistline combine a cotton top layer with delicate lace underneath. A horizontal lace inset defines the waist, leading into a skirt accented by a matching V panel lace inset.
