Vintage long gown by designer Victor Costa. This sixties piece has nice detailing including ruffles at hem and sleeves, button down front and collars. The fabric is stretchy and somewhat soft feel (not stiff) and its tailored nicely to cascade over a woman's body. Would also be cool worn open like a long jacket. Item is unlined.
