Vintage Malcolm Starr Black and Gold Cocktail Dress. A gorgeous, head-turning halter top dress with exterior tulle layer in black with metallic gold circle shapes throughout. Halter top is ruffled from front to back. Black ribbon tie at the waist that comes to a bow on the front. Skirt is ankle length with a ruffled hem and has an interior black tulle layer over the main black lining base layer. A super special party dress! Union made! Dry clean only. In excellent vintage condition.
