Thank you for your purchasing at the Sunglass Museum. If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we want to make it right.
We accept returns in their original packaging and in the same condition as originally purchased within 30 days after your order is delivered. Please reach out to us through your Order History to receive a pre-paid return label. You must include your name and order number or your invoice to receive a refund.
Note that $5.50 shipping will be applied to the return of 1 pair of sunglasses and $1.50 for each additional pair. Any items returned after 30 days will either be refused or sent back to you.
Any merchandise that arrives damaged or faulty must be reported within 5 days of delivery in order to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Please make sure that all returned items are unused or unaltered in any way and, if applicable, have the original tags still on them. Items without original tags but in new condition will be issued a 50% refund.
