Vintage velvet burnout fringe top. Sheer. Sleeves are cut in one with the body. Nine inch long crochet fringe edging. Unlined. Very good vintage condition. No flaws to note. Fits small up to large. Top is form fitting and has lots of stretch because of its' bias cut.
