Distressed wash skinny denim overalls. 5-pocket style. Adjustable crisscross straps. Pocket detailing on front bib.
Oddly flattering,but inconsistent sizing.
I wear a size 30, so I ordered the 30 in the greenish blue color, which ended up being more gray? But they were adorable even with squeezing them over my wide hips, but I need to size up in order for them to button comfortably. I am also getting a different color. AND i wish these had just a tad more stretch! They would be a 5 with a little more elastic:)
I ordered these ones in stark black size 26 and I am 5' 8" and 125lbs, I have small hips though so that is something to keep in mind. These ran way too big in the waist area as well as the hips and bum. The legs were slightly roomy but not bad. I just couldn't stand the way that the back of the waist pooched out behind the straps. I considered having them taken in instead of ordering a new size and sending these back but realized that because of the zipper, it wouldn't be possible to have them made smaller. So I decided to go ahead and place an order for the size 25, I could have honestly gone for the 24 probably but length wise they wouldn't have worked as well. I'll be shipping back the ones I have now. I'm skinny but not like skin and bones, I have a butt and thighs just small hip width, so I was really surprised with how large these were. For someone with bigger hips to fill it out or a bigger waist, you won't have to size down. But I couldn't stand the look of the bunched up wai
Finally found a spit of overalls to fit my five foot frame ! The straps themselves were long but I cut and stitched new holes and it's perfect. I did size down however. The length is perfect and these are just overall flattering. Thinking about a second color
I did a lot of searching to find overalls that would be cute and appropriate for someone my age. I got the girlfriend color. These fit perfectly. I am 5'8 135 size 34 C cup size, long legs, and athletic build and got a size 28. Snug and form fitting but at the same time not too tight to where you can't move. Depending on the store I wear anywhere from a 6-8 or 27,28, or 29. The 28s were perfect! I am so happy I got them and will be wearing them a lot!
Love, love, love these!
This was my first Free People purchase! I was worried to order a size 29 as I am between 29-30 on most jeans; often times 29 is too tight in brands I don't know. These overalls fit perfect. I went with my smaller size as my upper body is 2 sizes smaller than my lower body and I wanted these to be fitted, but not tight and the straps to fit w/o alterations. I was prepared to have to return them as I was certain these were going to be too small, but they are great fitting with plenty of room to move and be active. I think my height helped with the straps also fitting just right on the tighter hole.
I have other FP pants in a size 28 so I decided to order a 28 in these... WAY too big! I exchanged for a 26 and I LOVE them. They are super flattering (a word I never thought I would use to describe overalls) and I get compliments on them all the time.
I'm petite 5' 115lbs and I ordered a size 26 in Brady wash. It fits perfectly, not like skinny jeans but not too roomy either! It's like the vintage hipster straight Levi jeans type of fit. -There's A LOT of reviews/people with a petite body type like mine and the sizing ranges greatly. I'm not curvy nor am I skinny, I'm about average. *Don't size up or down. Stick to your normal sizing and it should be fine. -I actually had to poke more holes into the adjustable straps because they were too loose (aka made for taller people) you might have to too if your petite and want a better fit. -the length reaches until the entirety of my foot, so I rolled them up to my ankle. If you're tall, it'd probably be ankle length like in the picture. 2
