This one’s Board(30)-certified…
Four words.
Booty, hamstrings, core, triceps.
If you’re looking to work any or all of the above, Bec Donlan’s full-body workout, featuring our new branded Board30, might be just what you need. Bec, a NY-based personal trainer and holistic health coach, interpreted the countless possibilities of this all-in-one resistance band device in one high-intensity, highly rewarding routine.

The moment you realized that fitness/personal training was part of your calling:
I was working in hospitality at the time, and I realized none of my co-workers did anything physical. At the time, fitness had a big stigma attached to it. You were either a party person or bodybuilder/super restrictive and only eating chicken and broccoli – there was no in between. To me, fitness wasn't one or the other; it was ok to do both and, in my opinion, healthier to do so. So, I decided to create a fitness brand with a 'work hard, play hard' mentality that appealed to the hospitality world, the PR person, the socialite... people who DO like to work hard and play hard.
What were 3 things you enjoy about using the Board30?
I love that it's super compact and can slide under your sofa. That it effectively works your full body with endless options of exercises, and that it's low impact.

How does it differ from other workout eq in your routine?
Board30 really is an all-in-one workout device and its multiple bands allow you to work so many different muscles. It truly does it all.
In the exercise you curated forFP, what muscle groups are you working/to what benefit?
We hit full body, targeting those most-requested body parts -- booty, hamstrings, core and triceps.
What does your post-workout/relaxation routine look like?
My post-workout/relaxation route includes lots of infrared saunas, Epsom salt baths and, recently, walking Cashew (my Pomeranian) down to the water at sunset.
Your go-to power food/drink:
I'm obsessed with Mediterranean/Middle Eastern food, so my go-to snack is always veggies and different dips. Basically, I am a veggie freak over here, haha!
Words you live by:
I'm not an avocado — I can't keep everyone happy.
Free People Movement item you can’t live without:
Pippa Packable Puffer, or as I call it around my friends, "my socially acceptable wearable duvet." I'm actually beyond obsessed with this piece since it's warm and cozy, looks chic, and is perfect for travel as it packs down to nothing.
