What are Collection Points?

By choosing a Collection Point, you can pick up eligible orders from one of the thousands of Evri ParcelShop locations throughout the UK and Northern Ireland. After placing your order online, we will authorize your payment method and send you an email once your order is ready for pickup. Parcels are delivered to Evri ParcelShop locations within 5-8 working days. Orders over £100 GBP deliver for FREE.

How to Place a Collection Point Order

When placing your order, you can choose "Pick Up" as a delivery option on the Delivery page before you get to the Payment page at checkout. The available Evri ParcelShop locations and their hours of operation will be shown. Alternatively, the Evri website offers a postcode or location search. Click here to find your nearest Evri ParcelShop. Select items are restricted from Collection Point orders. Items on backorder are not available to be shipped to a Collection Point.

When Will I Be Charged?

Once you place your order online, we'll authorize your payment method. You will be charged for your Collection Point item(s) once they ship to the pickup location. Your order will be held for 10 days from the receipt of the Evri ParcelShop confirmation email. Orders that are not collected will be returned; Eefunds will be issued when returned items are received & processed at our warehouse.

How to Pick up Your Order

You will receive confirmation from Evri via email and/or SMS once your parcel is available for collection. Bring your Evri collection email and a valid ID to pick up your item(s). Please note: you will receive reminders from Evri ParcelShop after 3 days, 6 days, and 8 days of the parcel arriving at the Collection Point if you haven’t already collected your parcel.

Your item(s) will be held for 7 days from the receipt of the Evri confirmation email. Pickup time cannot be extended. Orders that are not collected will be returned and refunded when they are received and processed at our warehouse.

Can I Return My Collection Point Items?

Collection Point item(s) cannot be returned at the pickup location, but can be returned through our online return portal. For more information on our return policy and instructions to start a free return, click here. We'll gladly accept unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise for return or exchange.
