Purchases made from 01/11/2017 through 24/12/2017 on freepeople.com/uk and in our King’s Road Free People store may be returned for credit towards the original form of payment through 31/01/2018. Items must be returned in original condition with attached price tickets and must be accompanied by the packing list or original sales receipt. All other conditions of our Return Policy apply. Delivery by December 23rd does not apply in the event of service interruptions or failures caused by events beyond the control of freepeople.com (including, for example, interruptions of our transportation systems or the services provided by our carriers).
At checkout, we’ll provide you with a delivery date range for your order. If you’re order doesn’t ship out the day after you’ve placed your order, don’t worry! We know the date range we provided, and we’ll make sure to get your order to you within the timeline found on your Order Confirmation email. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Please note, some orders may take up to 24-48 hours to process if additional information is needed from you. An email will be sent in those cases.
Items ordered together may not ship out on the same day, and occasionally, some items are temporarily out-of-stock. If there are expected shipping delays, you will be notified before placing your order on the Order Review page at checkout. Should there be any other delay associated with your order; you will be notified within 10 days after placing your order.

Gift Returns The original order number from the packing list or Order Confirmation email is required to process gift returns. Please include this with your gift. Use the Free & Easy Returns Portal to enter the order number and email address used to place the order to print a free return label. Include the email address with the return so we know where to send the eGift Card. Once your return is received, an eGift Card will be issued.
For store purchases, returns with a gift receipt can be exchanged or refunded for the value indicated on the gift receipt and refunds will be made in the form of a merchandise credit.
Beauty and Wellness All Beauty and Wellness products purchased on freepeople.com/uk must be returned unopened, unused, and in original condition and packaging to our Returns warehouse. Items must be unopened and unused in order to accept the return.
Swim and Intimates We are unable to process returns for swimwear or intimate apparel items that have been worn or are returned in a soiled condition. All intimate apparel must be returned in original condition, with original packaging and tags attached. All swimwear must be in new and unused condition with sanitary strips in place.
