I'm a size 8/8.5 in american and I ordered a size 39 according to an online shoe size conversion chart.. WHAT A MISTAKE. They're almost 2 sizes too huge. Ordering a 38. Gorgeous, stylish footbed- but the laces don't go as high as they do in the first model pic, behind her legs is probably 1 tiny knot made with the very ends.
picture is deceiving....
I wanted theses shoes so when they went on sell I decided to purchase. I am very disappointed the leather quality is very cheap not like picture at all. In Pic. leather looks very supple and soft not the case at all. they do fit true to size but these are going back shame on you for enhancing the photo to make them look better than they are :/
I am so in love with these! Ordered a size 39 online and they fit perfectly. I put them on right when I opene the box. Excited for to wear them until it gets colder here. I usually wear a size 9 1/2 - 10 but these fit perfectly and could definitely work for a normal size 9. They're unique and I'm happy I got to add them to my shoe collection.
So many great things about these
These are by far my new favorite sandals. I was searching high and low for a pair of gladiator style/lace-up sandals that actually had some support to them that weren't outrageously expensive, and voila! I packed them for a trip I knew i'd be doing a lot of walking during, and they were by far the most comfortable shoes I packed. No blisters, no sore feet (coming from someone with a chronic pain disorder that's a big deal), laces long enough to encircle my ankles a few times, and a TON of compliments! I really wish Free People offered similar styles with this kind of support...Or additional colors in these :) For reference, I usually wear a size 7.5 and I ordered a 38 euro. There's still a bit of room there so I would think they'd work for a size 8 as well.
