Semi-sheer slouchy, oversized printed buttondown in a crinkly fabric. Front bust pocket and a high low hem. Pleat detailing down the back.
purchased this in the emerald colorway. it is a very deep color. only against black, do you realize it's actually green. i am 5'4" 110lbs and an XS fits perfectly. i could not be happier. great, breezy shirt. super comfortable. glad i was able to catch this before it went out of stock - it's a beautiful shirt and very versatile.
(107lbs, 34B-25-36, 5'3") Got Emerald, XS & S: Very dark green, barely there vertical pattern. Nice flowing, gauzy material. Perfect for hot, humid days. Great style for work and play. Both sizes on me are a wide, boxy flouncy fit. Hides the figure. Not as 'fitted' as the model photo would have us believe. The weight of the longer side (back of shirt), pulls the front of the shirt up towards the neck. I kept tugging the shirt back down. The amount this happened was by about 2". Length between S & XS are the same. Width, the S is wider by an inch ( aka 2" circumference). This makes a difference in the chest area. If you hold your elbows out to your side, like doing the chicken dance, then pull the elbows back, there is less "give" in the chest of the XS. The closed button holes stretch open in the gaps between. (I'm 34B) This happens a bit less for me in the S, but it still happens. I normally wear an XS in FP blouses. But, because of the chest button issue in the Shibori blouse, I kept the S. The con is that there is more material in the waist area of the S, hiding my petite shape a bit more than the XS already did. It's a trade off. Perhaps try on a couple sizes or think about sizing up one. Nice shirt for the collection though.
Bought the emerald in a small ... 5'3" 120 lbs. Fits a bit loose, but that works for me. Also a bit long, but not so much that I'll send it back! Material seems to be good quality ... accent stripes are a bit more muted than in the picture. One tiny little gripe ... The button for the pocket is attached to the blouse ... but there is no buttonhole on the pocket. Easy fix, tho! Overall, a bit pricey ... but will go from casual to not-so-casual easily. Keeper!
