This top is seriously one of my top favorites from FP! I want every single color yes it runs HUGE I wear a Large shirt usually Medium with FP but this top I got a small in and I love it!!!

I saw this item discounted during a "sale on sale" event. I absolutely loved the style of the shop, I examined all the model pictures in all colours to try to get a feel for the top and understand why all the reviews were so poor. I'm sorry to say I have no idea what other reviewers were expecting but this top is STUNNING. It was just as I imagined if not better. The fit was beautiful, the fabric is light and moves well for the cut of the top. The camisole sits where it should, but honestly, it could easily be removed for ladies with a smaller chest(which might cause the cami portion to sit a bit low on some). I love the long tie sleeves, there is just the right amount of extra fabric working well with the cinching at the waist. I have bought so much Freepeople over the years I bought all the colours on a hunch and I could not be happier. I'm sorry to hear so many were disappointed, but I'm thrilled it afforded me the opportunity to get these tops for myself!

I love loose and flowy, but this top is just nuts. There is a sort of built-in cami thing to supposedly make the low v-neck acceptable for those of us over 20, but the whole thing fell under my bustline. There was no rescuing this top. As others have said, the black material is fantastic. But the whole top seemed like one huge design flaw after another. I cant imagine this fitting anyone.

I originally ordered the black one online and when I received it I absolutely loved the print. After I tried it on, I noticed that the back fits nothing like it did on the model. The back is really baggy and loose instead of synched in like it is online. The only way to fix it is to take it to seamstress or pin it yourself. I returned the original size and went down to a medium and had to return that one because of the same issue! Not worth the pric, even though the print is great. e

I rolled the dice with this top when it was on sale, knowing there was likely a reason for it to be on sale. The print is lovely (black) but the shape is...non existent. On my 5'8", 135 # bod, this top in Small is a bunched up mess of pretty fabric. I am imagine it would work best on a shorter waisted body with a very large chest. On me, the fabric above the elastic waist is hugely billowy with no way to fasten the wrap (they had to have used pins on the model). It's like a really big pirate shirt with an elasticized waist, really. Sizing down would not correct the issue. I tried a thick belt, but that exacerbated the fabric excess. Sad, because I do dig the print so much. Returning it.
