To redeem a gift card, e-gift card, or merchandise card in USD, select "Use a Free People Gift Card" on the Payment page at checkout. Enter your gift card number and PIN to apply the funds to the order.

Free People gift cards and merchandise cards can only be redeemed in the currency in which they were originally purchased. CAD merchandise cards can only be used in Canadian stores. USD e-gift cards or gift cards cannot be used in Canadian stores.

Gift cards that are purchased through the FreePeople.com website or any Free People store location are bearer documents. Free People is unable to reissue gift cards that have been lost or stolen.

If you paid for your order on freepeople.com using a gift card, e-gift card, or merchandise card, a new e-gift card will be sent to the email address used on the order for the refund automatically. If a gift card and a credit card were used to place the order, the credit card will be refunded first followed by a new e-gift card.

Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.
