So many jackets…how do you choose?

Let us help! From our softest, most cozy fleece to our weather-ready puffers and jackets, FP Movement has endless options for your cold weather outfitting. We asked our team (designers, merchandisers, buyers, and more) to talk us through their go-to outerwear styles: Which is their favorite? When do they wear it most? Why do they love it so much? And most importantly…would they recommend it? Let’s talk outerwear.

THE HAPPY CAMPER PULLOVER

As Seen On…Madeline, Designer

Where do you wear it? Literally everywhere.... I wear this pullover hiking, to the gym, and around town.

Why do you love it? It's cute enough to wear everyday but also super functional for hiking! + there's so many pockets!

Who would you recommend it to? Everyone (seriously)!

THE HIT THE SLOPES FUNNEL NECK FLEECE

As Seen On…Taylor, Buying Assistant

Where do you wear it? Ever since I got the Hit The Slopes Funnel Neck, I’ve worn it everywhere! Whether I’m throwing it over a workout top before and after Pilates or styling it on Sundays to cheer on the Eagles (green was an absolute must-have color), it’s effortlessly become a staple in my closet.

Why do you love it? This jacket is easily one of the coziest pieces I’ve ever worn. As someone who needs to mentally prepare for crisp fall days, a truly comfortable jacket is a game-changer. This fleece feels way too good to take off, and honestly, most of the time, I don’t!

Who would you recommend it to? I’d recommend it to anyone who lives by the saying “look good, feel good.” This fleece is the ultimate embodiment of just that—it’s ridiculously comfortable, effortlessly stylish, and guaranteed to bring in compliments wherever you wear it.

Why do you love it? The thumb holes! And love the cropped fit

THE PIPPA PACKABLE TUNIC

As Seen On…Kaley, Sample Coordinator

Where do you wear it? I wear this jacket EVERYWHERE! It’s the perfect material for being outside and active, but it’s still lightweight and functional enough to work with my everyday outfits. The silhouette feels so versatile, and I love how confident I felt every time I put it on.

Why do you love it? I love it because it feels so stylish and different. The Pippa Pullover has that effortless quality that automatically makes my outfit feel cooler without sacrificing comfort or ease. It’s one of those pieces that makes getting dressed feel easy but still feels like a statement.

Who would you recommend it to? I would recommend it to anyone who wants something that feels both functional and fashion-forward. It’s perfect for someone who is always on the go but still wants their outfit to feel elevated and effortless!

Where do you wear it? This is my go-to jacket for walks on the river trail!

Why do you love it? This jacket is super cozy without being bulky, making it the perfect piece to throw on for anything.

Who would you recommend it to? I would recommend this jacket to anyone that wants to stay warm and loves a fun print.

THE FIELD TRIPPER PULLOVER

As Seen On…Whitney, Assistant Buyer

Where do you wear it? I wear it on evening walks on the trail by my house! A true staple in my fall wardrobe.

Why do you love it? I love it because it keeps me warm while looking cute! The color pop detail on the trim makes it feel cooler with a basic bottom. The inside is also lined with fleece so I will stay warm as the weather drops going into winter.

Who would you recommend it to? The person looking for a new staple pullover to add to their collection.

THE MOUNTAIN HIGH HALF-ZIP FLEECE

As Seen On…Elizabeth, Copywriter

Where do you wear it? I think the better question is where DON’T I wear it. This fleece is equally perfect for fall evening walks or going out and about on weekends as it is for cozy days working from home or throwing on after a workout.

Why do you love it? It’s softer than you’d think! The fleece has a really plush, yummy feel to it. And the high neck with the cropped (+ adjustable!!) hem is just an adorable fit.

Who would you recommend it to? I actually think this is the perfect holiday gift. So many colors, something everyone can use, a really flattering design that would work for anyone. Should definitely make its way onto your idea list for those “what do I possibly get them” people.
