FP MOVEMENT X ON:
A Sneaker Collab In Full Bloom

There’s more than one way to grow.
We’re constantly moving between roles, places, passions, and routines, branching into different parts of ourselves along the way.
In celebration of this consistent and inspiring growth, FP Movement has teamed up with On for a second sneaker drop made to move with you through every version of your day.
Combining On’s technical authority with FP Movement’s signature style, these fresh designs are inspired by alpine Swiss floral and bring together fashion and function, reminding us to move freely, live fully, and grow in all directions.
We got to chat with the faces of the campaign–Aliana, Kyleigh, and Grace–to learn more about how they like to move, what inspires them to keep growing, and how they embrace every last beautiful version of themselves.

FPM: This collab is all about defying limits and growing in every direction. How have you learned to embrace the different versions of yourself–the athlete, the creative, the professional, the dreamer?
Aliana King: I used to think I had to pick one identity. But I’ve realized that all the parts of me actually make each other stronger. Running has given me confidence that carries into work, creativity helps me approach training differently, and dreaming big is what got me to where I am in the first place. Growth has been about letting all those versions exist together instead of trying to separate them.
Kyleigh Adorno: I’ve learned to embrace going with the flow, enjoy the moment, and be as present as possible. In every aspect of my life I tend to forward think too much or over plan, which can be overwhelming and stressful. This past year I’ve been focusing on taking it one day at a time so I can remember to have fun and be unapologetically myself no matter if it’s the athlete, creative, the professional, or the dreamer in me.
Grace Lee: To me, all of these parts of me blend together to make me who I am. My concept of “self” would not be complete without all of these different facets, and I’ve come to learn that it’s okay to not be 100% in all of these aspects. Life is about the ebb and flow- what goes up must come down, and it’s okay to be patient with myself when one of these areas may not be as strong as the next, especially when I remind myself that growth is about trusting that each version of me is still evolving.
FPM: What is your favorite part of the process: the preparation, the workout itself, or the reflection afterward? Why?
AK: Definitely the workout itself. I started running for the workout but now it’s so much for me. Running makes me feel like I’m flying. Like anything is possible.
KA: The workout itself! I’ve been a competitive athlete since I was two, so I think that speaks for itself. The adrenaline I get from being active and pushing myself, growing, and getting better at whatever I’m doing is always my favorite part.
GL: My favorite part is definitely the reflection afterward because the combination of the endorphins and my feeling of satisfaction and proudness make me feel like I can take on anything.
FPM: NYC is a city of constant transformation. How has living or running here shaped the way you evolve?
AK: I only started running 3 years ago. Running itself is an evolution for me and New York has been a part of that throughout. New Yorkers are resilient, adaptable and connected. It allows you to reinvent yourself constantly which has given me the confidence as a runner to feel like I belong in this community.
KA: NYC is constantly moving and transforming at 100 miles per minute which means I am too! It keeps you on your toes, but it also pushes you to be forward thinking in every aspect. By the time you think of something, odds are someone else is already acting on it. The talent this city holds is so inspiring!
GL: I feel like I’ve been growing and transforming just as quickly as the city itself. Living in New York, surrounded by ambitious people from all walks of life, has shaped me simply through exposure to so many different perspectives, passions, and ways of living. It’s made me more confident in my sense of self because I’ve had so many opportunities to discover what resonates with me, and what doesn’t. Running through the city has mirrored that process for me. Every run reminds me that progress comes from showing up consistently, embracing change / growth, and finding confidence in who I’m becoming.

FPM: What details of the city inspire you—the people, architecture, energy, unexpected moments?
AK: It’s all the little moments like watching the performers on the subway, watching someone help a mother with her stroller down the stairs, watching strangers celebrate together or cheer each other on. When I’m running so many people clap for me or smile at me and there’s constant moments of connection.
KA: The people and the energy inspire me most. I studied Psychology and neuroscience in undergrad then later worked in neuroscience research, so people are definitely the most interesting for me. You never know who you’re going to run into, what their story is, how you’re connected to them, or where that connection will take you in the future. The sky is the limit in NYC and that’s the energy the people bring with it.
GL: All of it. There’s never a dull moment or day here and I’m constantly inspired by how limitless the potential and possibilities are.
FPM: How do you express yourself through what you wear, and how does your personal style connect to your movement?
AK: I was into fashion before I started racing. I love to express myself through my fashion and that doesn’t change with my running. I feel more myself and more confident when I can express my personal style while I run. For me functionality is just as important as cuteness!
KA: I always go for comfy, fun, and bold staple pieces. I’ve moved past the clean girl aesthetic look for movement and working out. I tend to stand out in a crowd because of my hair naturally, so I started to embrace that more by wearing fun staple pieces and not being afraid to stand out. I love wearing a fun pair of sunglasses or shoes to tie my whole outfit together. This also blends with my personal movement too because I’m a ball of energy that just wants to have fun!
GL: I think what I wear is both a reflection of my mood and a way to shift it. If I'm feeling lazy or low-key, I'll naturally gravitate toward something comfortable and breathable. But on the flip side, if I'm feeling unmotivated or not like myself, I'll intentionally put on something that feels a little more elevated or fun. Getting dressed can completely change my mindset and help me step into a better version of myself, and this also translates to my movement.
FPM: The shoe design blends performance and beauty. How do you balance strength and softness in your own life?
AK: Strength and softness are not opposites. Sometimes strength requires softness and vice versa. Some of my strongest moments have been when I ask for help, give myself grace, slow down, or embrace the quiet moments of life. My strength is my softness.
KA: Naturally, I’ve always worked hard at everything I do. I’m always giving 200% to be the best I possibly can be. That’s my strong suit. The game changer for me was learning how to do that with grace. How to still support others and their growth while also working hard on my own too. Embracing support within your community wholeheartedly because there’s room for everyone. That’s the beauty and softness.
GL: I am a Taurus so I’m very proficient at working hard, and balancing that with playing hard. It’s a fun cycle where each moment of my life helps shape the next, and motivates me to keep going.
FPM: What does wearing something bold while running say about how you move through the world?
AK: I’m not scared to take up space. Running is another way I express myself. I always want to be an example of joy and confidence and wearing something bold is another way to express that.
KA: Confidence is key. Let them do a double take. Own it baby!!
GL: I feel like it shows effort that I’m bringing intentionality to everything that I do. To me, getting dressed for a run is a ritual where I can intentionally take a few extra moments to choose something where I feel confident and motivated. This helps put me in the right mindset before my workout, and reminds me that I’m showing up to take care of my wellbeing with purpose.
