How to use: Rim a glass with the graham cracker topping. Drop one or two matcha and coconut cream cubes into a cup. Saturate with 2oz of water for 30 seconds. Muddle the cubes until they become a simple syrup. Whisk until smooth and frothy. Pour 6oz of milk into the mixture, then transfer to the rimmed glass. Works iced: pour the finished mixture over ice.
