Holiday Shipping

To ensure delivery by Saturday, December 24th, place your order by Friday, December 16th, by 11:59 PM GMT. Be sure to read the Details and Exceptions information.

Holiday Shipping Details and Exceptions:

Most orders will ship out within a day of ordering (we do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays), however some orders will take 24-48 hours to process.

Items ordered together may not ship out on the same day, and occasionally, some items are temporarily out-of-stock. You will be alerted to any shipping delay on the Place Your Order page at the time of ordering. Should there be any other delay associated with your order; you will be notified within 10 days after placing your order.

Delivery by December 24th does not apply in the event of service interruptions or failures caused by events beyond the control of freepeople.com (including, for example, interruptions of our transportation systems or the services provided by our carriers).

While this time frame applies to the majority of our offerings, there are some exceptions. Certain large-scale items with indicated extended delivery times (for example, furniture) and other select items are not included. This will be indicated in the product’s details.

Delivery Costs

Most orders will be dispatched within a day of ordering (we do not ship Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays), however some orders will take 24-48 hours to process. Orders may ship in multiple packages.

We deliver orders to Great Britain (England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland).

Standard shipping orders will be delivered with either Hermes, Royal Mail, or Aramex Couriers. Your Delivery Confirmation Email will tell you which carrier is handling your package and how you can track your package. Faster shipping will be delivered by DHL.

Furniture & Oversized Items

We regret that we are unable to deliver furniture and oversized items outside of the contiguous US. If you would like to order furniture or an oversized item to a US address, please visit us at freepeople.com.

Delivery Status

As soon as your order is dispatched we will send you an email with your tracking information. Information about any backordered or cancelled items will be included in a separate email. You may also view your order online by logging into your account and selecting "Order History."
