Shampoo: Apply bar directly to wet hair, work through, and rinse.
Conditioner: Rub the angled side of HiBAR on wet hair. Be patient - HiBAR doesn’t drown your hair like liquid conditioners. Gently work through your hair for a light, thorough coating.
Wait a few minutes. Rinse.
