For more than 40 years, CP Shades has produced hand-made designs in their own factory where they cut, sew, and garment dye all of their pieces. As a 100% solar powered brand since 2018, CP Shades has a focus on sustainability, uncomplicated designs, and one-of-a-kind pieces. For every piece made, a tree is planted through One Tree Planted—a non-profit organization that have helped them plant over 100,000 trees in California since 2020.

We accept returns for unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items purchased on freepeople.com. Items must be returned in original packaging with all tags attached and accompanied by an original sale receipt.
- Purchases made from 1/10/2026 to 24/12/2026: a refund will be issued to the original form of payment for returns received by 31/1/2027. If received after 31/1/2027, a Free People eGift card will be issued.
