How to Use: Pour into a warm bath and stir until fully dissolved. A few tablespoons is best. Each travel size pack was designed to be enough for 1-2 baths. Patch test before use. Not recommended for use in first trimester of pregnancy. Soak for at least 20 minutes to allow the salts and clays to draw out toxins and then absorb the magensium content.
