Understated Leather X Matisse
The actual best boot
I was nervous about sizing as I am a true to size 7 and average width (or narrowish). I got these in a 7 and i slipped them on with just a bit of a wiggle and they are perfect, even with a sock! Prepare to wear some bandaids since its leather and blisters will happen, but we all know the drill. Super comfy and the buckles weren't noisy. One of them clapped on the floor but i just tightened it and scooted it up and that solved the problem. These are worth every penny!
I have been obsessed with these boots for 6 months! Absolutely love them and are a must have! An amazing quality bootie you know you can keep forever. As everyone is saying, they do run small. I went up a half size and that seemed to do the trick!
Noisy Buckle but Worth Keeping
After drooling over these boots for weeks and doing research on their fit, I eventually ordered them in a half-size larger than normal and I'd say I made a smart move. They were still difficult to get on at first, but the leather stretches nicely with wear and now they go on easily. My only real complaint with these is definitely the belt being too big for the shoe... The buckle drags on the ground and makes noise everywhere I go like I'm wearing spurs. Literally everything else is amazing about these shoes, so I've done my best to try to tighten the belt and reduce the noise because I need these uboots in my life
Gorgeous but VERY hard to get on!
These boots are everything I was hoping and more. The distress is so beautiful, and you can tell these are high quality boots. My only complaint is that they are nearly impossible to get on! I know the leather just needs to stretch, but I have a very small foot and it took me a solid 5 minutes to struggle to get them on. I thought I was going to break the shoe or that it just wasn't going to go on, even a shoe horn didn't help! I'm hoping with time and wear this problem will remedy because I cannot let these boots go!
