Let us take care of the wrapping! For a $4 charge, your item will be wrapped in hot pink tissue and placed in our muslin gift bag. Our cream colored bag is printed with a pink and teal boho design and has colorful yarn drawstring ties. Best of all, the bag can be used over and over again! We also offer a "Self Wrap" option. For a $3 charge, we will send you all of the fixings above for you to wrap the item yourself. (Kit includes 1 gift bag, tissue paper and stickers.) We offer several options for orders shipping to Canada:

Prepaid Duty Fees - FP recommended (why?)

Standard: US $7.95 (about 3-10 business days) plus Prepaid Duty Fees

Express US $10.00 (about 3-5 business days) plus Prepaid Duty Fees

Fees include 18% of item total and taxes.

Standard and Express orders are delivered by Canada Post. Standard orders will arrive to most Canadian addresses in 3-10 business days. If you need your order sooner, we suggest selecting the Express shipping method which will arrive to all Canadian addresses in 3-5 business days.

By selecting the “Prepaid Duty Fees” methods, the total billed at checkout is guaranteed. You will not have to pay anything additional at the time of delivery. All you need to do when your order arrives is enjoy it! Should you need to return an item, your duty fees will be refunded!

Free People will charge a fee equivalent to the duties, tax, and other applicable cross border fees at the time of order. Once you have paid for your order, your items will be delivered to you without interruption.

By ordering goods from Free People, and selecting a “Prepaid Duty Fees” method, I hereby authorize a licensed Canadian customs broker chosen by Free People to act as my agent, to transact business with Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) to clear my merchandise and account for applicable duties and taxes. Amounts received by Free People for duties and taxes are accepted on your behalf, for the broker.”

All orders are subjected to Provincial Sales Tax (PST), which will be displayed in the checkout page when you select your shipping address. The total displayed at checkout is guaranteed. You will not have to pay anything additional at the time of delivery.

Please note that if you are ordering items from our Vintage Loves collection, we will be required to ship your entire order via a Duty Paid on Delivery method.
