We’ll gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise purchased on freepeople.com. Returns can be made online or to one of our FP Store locations (US & CAN). If located elswhere, send items back to us using any trackable/insured shipping method.
If your return is received at our warehouse within 30 days of delivery, we’ll credit your original form of payment. If received after 30 days from delivery, a Free People eGift Card will be issued.
