How to Use:

1. Lay the Sauna Blanket on a flat, heat-resistant surface.
2. Use a towel (or the HigherDOSE Insert) to create a barrier between your body and the blanket.
3. Preheat the Sauna Blanket for 10 minutes. Slip into your Sauna Blanket and zip yourself in. Enjoy a 30-45 minute session.
4. Rinse off in an icy shower to cleanse your body, cool your system, and keep the healing going.
