How To Use: Gently clean and dry the skin on your neck, chest, and back before using this device. Do not apply sunscreen. Red Light is a safe way to absorb the rejuvenating light of the sun, without the harmful UV rays.

Select the desired pre-programmed time of 10 or 20 minutes by pressing the respective buttons. You can also select the time by pressing the On/Off button once (for 10 minutes) and twice (for 20 minutes). We recommend starting the treatment a couple of times a week and gradually increasing your dose to 4-5 times a week.
