- Lemon Balm & Passionflower: traditionally used in western herbal medicine to aid in inducing sleep and to help relieve nervousness, restlessness, mild anxiety and provide support during times of stress. Lemon balm has also been used traditionally in western herbal medicine to help calm, soothe, and support a healthy mood while aiding in irritability relief.
- Turmeric: potent antioxidant used in traditional Ayurvedic medicine to help aid the body in a healthy, natural digestion.
- Clove Bud, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Cardamom & Black Pepper: long history of use in beauty treatments, cultural practices, food and traditional systems of medicine - they help to give this beauty powder a rich flavor.
- Sour Cherry: naturally rich in melatonin.
- Bio-fermented Paw Paw Leaf & Turmeric: processed via The Beauty Chef’s exclusive Flora Culture bio-fermentation process, for potency and absorption.
How to Use: Blend 1 tsp with 200mls of warm milk (or water if preferred) and consume 1 hr before bedtime. Blend with warm, not hot milk. Temperatures over 60 degrees Celsius will start to degrade the probiotic potency of the formula. Take an additional serving before bedtime if required.
