gorgeous but fell apart.
Bought a pair in store, tried on in the store and they were perfect. I put them on again a week later for work. And the metal plates fall off before I even leave my room. I ordered a new pair online and the plates are a pewter and dull in finish. I liked the shoes for being silver and shiny. I love how pretty they are, but not for falling apart and inconsistency in production. Sadly returning both pairs .
Hi lizzielemon, I'm sorry to hear about your boots! Someone from our team will be in touch with you about this! -Free People
It's hard for me to buy shoes online because I'm an 8-1/2 or a 9, so with these since they are pointy I decided to go with a 9 in case they ran narrow. I think it was the right choice, because although there is a little bit of room in the toe, it's a very comfortable fit and with a sock it is just right. I agree with the other reviewer though that the buckles seem to run just a bit loose, so I'm going to try an insert as she suggested. These boots are so adorable and look great with dresses, skirts, and skinny jeans. The detailing and quality of this boot is top notch. I have so many boots that it's hard to justify buying more, but these seemed unique so I ordered them, and I'm very glad I did!
A little bit country, a little bit Rock 'n Roll!
Be still my heart -- how I adore these wild west/witch woman booties! They do run a bit loose in width, not length, but a padded insert really helps. Now they are comfy and my narrow heel doesn't slide around. Wear 'em to the rodeo, the nightclub, on a girl's night out -- just about anywhere. The silver embellishments and buckles are genius. I think they are totally insane with skinny jeans, but long, leggy gals would probably look amazing wearing these booties with a short skirt or shorts. No matter how or where you wear 'em, prepare to be noticed and enjoy the limelight. Thanks, FP!
