Gauzy crochet tribal inspired open shoulder tunic featuring embroidery detailing. Low V-Neck with drawstring ties and tassel ends. Effortless, oversized fit with bell sleeves and an uneven hem.
Beautiful, soft and comfy, looks better in person
This is so beautiful, a real conversation piece. It does run a bit big, I usually wear a medium or large in Free People so I ordered a medium and it is still a bit big, but I like things loose, so it works. The color is a nice beige, the fabric is soft and looks higher quality than the photo shows. The embroidery down the front is beautiful as well. The V neck does go down quite low and the bell sleeves, while lovely, are very very long and almost cover my hands so I will have to hem up both. I am very happy with this purchase and will enjoy wearing this with faded boot leg jeans or over a bathing suit at the beach. At five foot three, this hits me mid thigh so I can wear this as a mini dress as well.
I bought this in a size small as it ran large but I am wearing as a tunic, not a dress as some do, or most do. I love it! It is soft, beautiful, unique! I wish only that it did not have the cold shoulder design but I am over it, I am going to be creative and take it to my alterations lady about using a material there that might complement it, who knows I probably won’t but its an idea. If you love it, try it, that way you will have tried it before its gone, I know it has the higher price point, but it was so worth it!
I am an avid lover of Freepeople, it makes up about 90% of my wardrobe. I saw this online and fell in love immediately. I kept a watchful eye on it until I finally caved and purchased it. When it arrived just seeing it in the packaging was disappointing. I purchased the ivory but in person it was very dull, yellow. I figured FP doesn't usually disappoint so I tried it on. I'm curvy, 5'9" and this dress was impossibly short on me. I ordered the L, my usual size and I think the model in the photos is miniature. The shoulder holes couldn't have been more than 2" on me, the material was stiff(and so much material!),the sleeves didn't even reach my wrist and the bottom was above my belt. I wonder if the sizing was mislabelled. It looked ridiculous. So many of the FP users pictures are beautiful. SO disappointing. Returned immediately.
I've been eyeballing this tunic for months and I finally broke down and got one in the ivory color. I'm so glad I did! It really is beautiful and can be worn year round here in Southern California. I tend to wear a medium or large in FP depending on the type of blouse. I ended sizing down to a medium because I felt that I was swimming in the large. It's too short on me to wear as a dress so I wear FP's tea-length seamless slip in black underneath--it's the perfect combination of flowy and form-fitted to make the perfect "going out" outfit ❤️
Here's a show stopper!!!!!! Fits true to size, Small fits 5'7" 135 lbs. Sleeves and tunic are a perfect length. Can't say enough positive things about it.....I wear a black sunkissed strappy back bralette underneath it. Perfect!!!!!
I love this top! I am 5'1" and I bought it in small and it is a bit roomy, but so lovely on! It has a nice weight and feel to it. I wore mine with a black cammy and black skinny jeans...cannot wait to wear it again!
I absolutely LOVE this tunic. I usually wear a size small but as I am 5'11" i bought a medium for length and it fits fine. I do wear it as a dress but i wear shorts or spandex underneath just in case. It flows really well and is very flattering.
