An at-home, portable version of an infrared sauna, The HigherDOSE uses infrared heat (which heats your body from the inside out), along with healing tourmaline crystals, clay, and a charcoal layer (which all generate negative ions) to promote a deeper state of rest and supports your body’s natural detoxification process. It’s made of nontoxic materials and has an extremely low electromagnetic field, so it’s not emitting radiation throughout your body while you’re using it.

How to Use:
- Lay the Sauna Blanket on a flat, heat-resistant surface.
- Use a towel (or the HigherDOSE Insert) to create a barrier between your body and the blanket.
- Preheat the Sauna Blanket for 10 minutes. Slip into your Sauna Blanket and zip yourself in. Enjoy a 30-45 minute session.
- Rinse off in an icy shower to cleanse your body, cool your system, and keep the healing going.
