How to Use: Make sure nail is completely dry. Cut out tattoo from sheet. Peel off plastic covering. Place face down on nail. Spray tattoo with water until paper is soaked through. Press and hold for a few seconds. Gently remove tattoo and allow to dry for 1 minute. Apply 2 clear glossy top coats of nail polish to seal.
