How To Use: Massage pouch in hands or under warm running water if it feels like the coconut oil has hardened (this is normal). Pour 1-2 teaspoons of oil into your mouth and gently swish and swirl around your mouth for 5-15 minutes everyday or as suits your lifestyle. Bin the spit and brush your pearly whites. Swish at least 1-2 times a week.
