How to use:
- Warm sachet between hands or under warm water if oil has hardened (this is normal in a cold climate).
- Open sachet and pour oil into mouth. Gently swish and swirl around your mouth for 5 – 10 minutes, or until you feel the oil transforms into water.
- Discard oil into a tissue and place in the trash. Do not swallow and do not spit down the drain or in your toilet, as this can clog pipes.
- Brush teeth afterwards.
- Repeat once a day for 14 days for best results, or as needed when your mouth feels like an extra spring clean!
