Distressed denim jacket with attached knit sleeves and hood. Button front closure and two front slit pockets. All over roughed look. A cool piece to add a tomboy edge to any look.
Knit Hooded Denim Jacket styled by the FP Me community
Classic and comfortable
I like the look of a denim jacket but most of them feel too stiff for me. This one, because of the knit sleeves, is comfy enough to wear all day. I bought the lighter color shown here. The distressed denim looks great, but the knit fabric doesn't look as high-quality as I might like. I wasn't crazy about the hood so i was glad to find it detachable. It buttons on under the collar. I will save it to use for bad weather but will otherwise wear the jacket sans hood. The sleeves are a bit too long for me (5'1") but roll up easily. This works great to dress down a floral dress or skirt.
Cute little jacket
Height: 5'7" (171 cm) -- Measurements: 32-22-32 (81-55-81). Inverted triangle body shape. Purchased size S. I normally don't like the mixed-denim-and-fabric look, but this one surprised me. It fits very well and looks great over a mini dress or a shirt and boyfriend jeans.
Go to jacket
It's been an unusually warm winter so I have been able to wear this one a lot. I got it in both med and large in the light denim/grey color. They both fit and button up with no problem but I couldn't decide which one to keep. The large works better when I'm wearing a sweater underneath. The med is goo for a fitted look with a tank or short sleeve. I think I may have to keep both since it is such a cute jacket. My only complaint is that the sleeves on the jacket-by the wrists, it frays easily. Hope it doesn't unravel while I wear it.
Comfortable and stylish
The denim on this jacket is light and soft, which makes it very easy to wear and feels nice to the touch. I'm usually a small (34-28-34), sometimes xs in FP, and the small in this fits kinda big and boxy. I still really like my ivory one and will be wearing it all the time.
Cozy and stylish!
This jacket rocks! I was so torn between the denim and ivory, but wound up purchasing the ivory because I didn't have anything like it in my wardrobe. It is the COZIEST jacket, and I love it during all seasons (so long as it isn't too cold out!). It is an adorable accessory for layering but also makes a great stand-alone jacket. I can't stress how comfortable it is - it feels like I am wearing an old sweatshirt but looks much more fashionable. I wish I could purchase this in every color!
I think that this is a very versatile jacket, and looks way better in person than in the photos. There are lots of little details to it that make it look unique and much better than the cheaper alternatives. It is machine washable and dry-able, which I find very convenient. Also, the hood is detachable, and while I have no desire to remove it I think it's a nice detail :)
I saw this in-store but they didn't have anything bigger than an XS. I knew as soon as I held it up that I would order it online in my size. All the reviews saying that the color is dull... I didn't find that to be true. It's a natural, washed blue. The fit is amazing. I'm usually a M in FP and the jacket is surprisingly a lot roomier than I thought (I'm a 36C so nothing buttons over). A M is perfect and I can wear it opened or closed, as is intended. Definitely recommend anyone who hasn't purchased this yet to do so!
2 of this!
I love this jacket, the unique distressed look sets it different from the usual denim/cotton mix. Own it in 2 colors - pumice black and ivory - and love them both. however, i have to admit that it's on the pricier side. but i guess if i can wear them every day, it's probably worth it!
yasss to this jacket
I've had this jacket for three hours and I already know I'm going to wear it all the time, haha. For reference, I'm 5'9, about 135 lb, a 34D and usually between a small and medium in FP. I usually go bigger for jackets since I'm tall and my arms are long, so I got a medium and it's perfect! I got it in black (which looks even better in person) and was a little concerned about the darkness and the style looking too harsh, but this was totally unfounded. The cropping (which is just enough) and piping definitely keep this jacket looking feminine. Of course, it remains to be seen how well it will hold up over time, but this jacket looks and feels really well-made, so I'm not too worried. And it's genuinely comfortable- even the denim body is so soft. If you're on the fence, I would definitely say go for it! My only concern now is resisting grabbing one of the other colors...
