How to use: Apply 1.5 mL of the Whitening Gel using the syringes into the 16-LED Whitening Light. Put the tray into your mouth, turn it on, and leave it for 10–15 minutes. Remove the light, rinse your mouth, and wipe away excess gel. Brush with Tooth Whitener Gel (apply a pea-sized amount on top of your toothpaste) and brush normally.
