How to use: Apply the base coat, making sure to cap the edge of the nail, and let it dry. Apply your favorite Jelly color, capping the edge of the nail, and let it dry. Repeat for two thin coats of color. Then, apply top coat, capping the edge of the nail, and let it dry.
