We accept returns for unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items purchased on freepeople.com. Items must be returned in original packaging with all tags attached and accompanied by an original sale receipt.
- Purchases made from 10/1/2026 to 12/24/2026: a refund will be issued to the original form of payment for returns received by 1/31/2027. If received after 1/31/2027, a Free People eGift card will be issued.
- Purchases made after 12/24/2026: a refund will be issued to the original form or payment. If returned after 30 days, a Free People eGift card will be issued. Items are eligible for return within 1 year of purchase.
