So shapeless romper featuring a soft and comfy ribbed fabrication and a racerback design. Dropcrotch fit. V-neckline.
This is very slimming on me, which I love! Material is nice, kind of on the thin side. I'm kind of found in the middle area... so it happens to cover all my worst features! It is tough to get on, but not impossible or annoying..... love it!
My friend suggested me get this romper and I was not having it. I didn't like the idea of a crotch being at my knees. She showed me a pic of it on her and I had to have it. Now, it's my favorite thing in my closet! I bought the black. I can wear it with a t-shirt under or a jean jacket over! I can also pull up the legs to sit around my calves or at my ankles. I wanted to purchase the army color but so sad they're out! It's my fave! 5'7" 123lbs. You need this
Really cute....But a challenge to get on!
I love free People's unique take on jumpers! I love a roomy, big jumper and they deliver every time. I love the look and that it has pockets but the only thing is that it proves to be a challenge to get on. You have to pull the straps over your head to one side and them readjust them! A real drag while trying to go to the bathroom! As with most of Free People's sizing....it tends to be big.
If you have similar measurements to me this may not fit you. I am 5'7-8", 118lbs and this was far too large in a sz XS. When I called my friend over to the changing room she got a good laugh at how ridiculous I looked (FYI I actually prefer my clothes to be loose/oversized, but this was a joke on me).
I've had my eye on this romper for a while and was waiting for it to come in at my local FP store. It never did so I just ordered it and being familiar with FP sizing I ordered a Small. I'm 5'8 with skinny shoulders/arms, wide hips and a booty. I LOVED everything about the fit. It's low cut and seemed to be too open and revealing but I actually move comfortably and freely in it without any worry. The cut is perfect and the style was flattering on and super cute with sneakers. Like other reviews it is best to enter the romper through the side (more room). I would recommend if you're into this funky, fun and versatilestyle!
I bought this romper in black to wear on vacation in the Caribbean. I have to say while trying it on in the fitting room I encountered the awkward movement on how to navigate in trying it on. It definitely takes some effort!!!...however I was determined and I left the store with it. While on my trip thinking it would change, I struggled to get into it but still loved the end result. My only feedback is the straps are a bit to thin and you need to be oh so careful. Felt great and wore it with a lace bra...my hubby loved it on!!!
Arrived with the left strap broke at the front top of the romper. The fabric is very thin and flimsy. Seems like it would have ripped quickly in the wash. I usually find that FP is quality but this is a miss. If the fabric was a higher quality I would have exchanged it for another one. It's really too bad, I love the style of this and it would have been amazingly comfy for lounging in the house or a quick trip to the grocery store.
Hi 87ppore, I'm sorry to hear about this! Someone from our team will be in touch with you! -Free People
Safe to say in a romper or jumpsuit I'd usually pick up in S, but I grabbed this one in XS after trying both. You can size down for more tapered ankles and less plunging of a neckline. Even if you're curvy, the width was fine in both sizes with my hip-y figure. The fabric is so soft! (It's ribbed if you can't tell online). My only complaint is how thin the fabric is. The trick to getting in and out of it is actually not to step through the neck/center, but through one side/arm hole. The inseam is super low and so are the arm holes, so this is really the way to go with more room. I love this thing and my boyfriend INSTANTLY complimented it! Looks great with the Keira Seamless Bralette btw...
This is really comfortable. That being said, its not the easiest thing to get on and off. I wear it with a little tank under it and put it on by stepping through the neck hole. It's doable, but a tight squeeze, maybe it's my big hips! Once it's on it is really cute and super cozy.
