How to Use: For long lasting chip free application:
- Clean nails with nail polish remover to remove any natural oils on the nails.
- Apply a base coat to your nails, and allow to dry completely
- Apply two coats of Spela 9-Free Nail Color, and allow to dry completely between coats
- Apply top coat, and allow to dry completely
