When you place your order, your form of payment will be authorized (not charged). This authorization ensures the funds for the order are available while your order prepares to ship. Once your order has shipped, your form of payment will be charged. If your order is cancelled for any reason, the authorization will automatically be removed in 5-7 business days. The exact timeframe for removal is determined by you card's issuing bank. We only take orders for items that we have stock of, however items may be cancelled after the order is placed for various reasons.

We accept cancelled orders under the Distance Selling Regulations.
Under the UK Distance Selling Regulations you have 7 working days (from the day after you receive your goods) to cancel the contract for your order with us.
In this case we will issue you with a full refund. You will need to return the entire order if you have already received it. Items must be in their original condition and in their original packaging. Items must not to be worn, altered or washed and will be inspected on their return.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, JCB, Union Pay, Diners Club International, Maestro, PayPal, Visa Electron, Solo, and Free People Gift Cards issued in Pounds.
Issues with Pay Methods
If your credit card was declined, your information was entered incorrectly or there are issues with the card. Please try a new payment method and contact your financial institution for more information regarding the decline.
We occasionally have merchandise for sale that has not yet been received at our warehouse, or that has sold out and is being restocked. You can order these items to reserve your favorite colour or size. We'll dispatch it to you when supplies are replenished. The expected dispatch date for backordered merchandise is listed on the product page and in your Shopping Bag during checkout. We will contact you via email if the item's replenishment date changes or the item cannot be fulfilled for any reason. Backordered items cannot be sent with Faster Shipping. They will ship with Standard Shipping once they arrive at our warehouse. You'll receive a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking as soon as it's on the way.
Should an item from the website or catalogue be marked down, please contact us within 14 days from the date of dispatch, we will honour a one time price adjustment. Credits will be applied to the original form of payment and will be reflected in 2-4 business days. If you paid with a e-gift card, a new e-gift card will be issued for the amount of the credit. Please contact us to request a price adjustment.
We are unable to process price adjustments for merchandise purchased at our Free People store locations or independent boutiques and department stores. Please contact the store directly for assistance.
Please note, we are unable to offer price adjustments for temporary promotions or discounts. Promotions or discounts cannot be applied retroactively to orders placed before the promotion discount was activated.
